"I had the very opposite experience of B.K.'s when obtaining services from Eschtruth and Son.
I found Mr. Eschtruth to be extremely honest, knowledgeable, reliable and, most importantly, he had a true desire to ensure I was completely satisfied with the completed refurbishment of my 1962 Aerosonic piano.
As an added touch, Mr. Eschtruth took every precaution to ensure there would be NO damage to my home....floors, walls and belongings......as he had to remove my piano and work on it at his shop and then return it.
While I respect B.K.s opinion, I had a terrific experience with Mr. Eschtruth and would HIGHLY recommend him/his services to anyone, friends and family.

"Very pleased with the quality of service Rick provided for us. Our piano (Kimball) was in my wife’s family since the 1930’s. In stead of buying a new piano, we decided to explore the restoration route. We decided to choose Eschtruth and Son because it was local, and Rick Eschtruth’s knowledge and commitment to his work. He explained everything and itemized what he was going do to restore our piano. During the process he responded to text messages within a short period of time to give us updates on the progress. We understood that a restoration of a piano is a timely process so we knew we had to be patient. Rick delivered our piano yesterday and it is absolutely beautiful. The sound is better that it ever sounded. I highly recommended Eschtruth and Son."

"I have been using this company for 8 years.... first to move my piano and then to tune it on a regular basis. Rick Eschtruth is a down to earth, local guy who takes pride in his work and carefully tunes your piano as he would his own. Quality work at a fair price."
